Learn the basics of using KamerMall

Creating an account is simple! Click the "Register" button at the top of any page, choose whether you want to be a buyer or seller, fill in your details including name, email, and phone number, and verify your email address. You can start shopping immediately after registration.

Yes! KamerMall serves customers across all 10 regions of Cameroon. We have delivery networks covering major cities like Douala, Yaoundé, Bamenda, Bafoussam, Garoua, Maroua, Ngaoundéré, Bertoua, Ebolowa, and Kribi, as well as smaller towns and rural areas.

KamerMall is available in both English and French, reflecting Cameroon's bilingual nature. You can switch between languages using the language selector in the top navigation menu.

Shopping & Orders

Everything about placing and managing orders

To place an order: 1) Browse products or use the search function, 2) Click on a product to view details, 3) Select quantity and any variants (size, color), 4) Add to cart, 5) Review your cart and proceed to checkout, 6) Enter delivery address and payment information, 7) Confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation via SMS and email.

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it if it hasn't been confirmed by the vendor. For modifications, contact the vendor directly through the order details page or our customer support. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can return items according to our return policy.

Track your order easily by: 1) Logging into your account and going to "My Orders", 2) Clicking on the specific order to view tracking details, 3) Using the tracking number sent via SMS/email on our tracking page. You'll receive real-time updates on order confirmation, packaging, shipping, and delivery.

We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return: 1) Go to your order history, 2) Select "Return Item", 3) Choose reason and upload photos if required, 4) Schedule pickup or drop-off. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Payments & Security

Payment methods and security information

KamerMall accepts multiple payment methods: Mobile Money (MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money), Bank transfers, Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and Cash on Delivery (available in select areas). All online payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Absolutely! We use industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, PCI DSS compliance, and secure payment gateways. We never store your complete card details on our servers. All transactions are processed through certified payment processors with fraud detection systems.

For most payment methods, you're charged immediately when you place the order. However, we use an escrow system where funds are held securely until you confirm receipt of your order. For Cash on Delivery, payment is collected when your order is delivered.

Selling on KamerMall

Information for vendors and sellers

To become a vendor: 1) Register for a vendor account, 2) Complete business verification by providing business registration documents, ID, and bank details, 3) Set up your store profile with business description and policies, 4) List your first products with detailed descriptions and photos, 5) Wait for approval (usually 24-48 hours). Our team will guide you through the onboarding process.

At KamerMall, you pay a one time non-refundable registration fee of 10,000frs for a one year contract. Then we charge a monthly fee of 2,000frs based on the contract. You only pay when you make a sale. Additional services like promoted listings and premium store features may apply and have separate pricing.

Payments are processed weekly every Friday. Funds from confirmed deliveries are transferred to your registered bank account or mobile money wallet. You can also request for withdrawals at anytime and receive a notification when we approve your withdrawal request. You can track your earnings and payment history in your vendor dashboard. Minimum payout threshold is 10,000 XAF.

Delivery & Shipping

Shipping options and delivery information

We offer multiple delivery options: Standard delivery (3-7 business days) starting from 1,500 XAF, Express delivery (1-2 business days) from 3,000 XAF, and Same-day delivery in major cities from 5,000 XAF. Delivery costs depend on item size, weight, and destination. Free delivery is available for orders over 25,000 XAF.

Yes! We deliver to rural areas across Cameroon through our network of local delivery partners. Rural deliveries may take 5-10 business days and have slightly higher delivery fees. We're continuously expanding our rural coverage to serve more communities.

Our delivery agents will call you 30 minutes before arrival. If you're not available, they can: 1) Deliver to a trusted neighbor (with your permission), 2) Leave the package at a secure location you specify, 3) Reschedule delivery for a convenient time, 4) Hold the package at the nearest pickup point for collection.

Technical issues and troubleshooting

For technical issues: 1) Try refreshing the page or restarting the app, 2) Clear your browser cache or update the app, 3) Check your internet connection, 4) Try using a different browser or device. If problems persist, contact our technical support team with details about the issue and your device/browser information.

To reset your password: 1) Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password", 2) Enter your email address or phone number, 3) Check your email/SMS for a reset link or code, 4) Follow the instructions to create a new password. If you don't receive the reset message, check your spam folder or contact support.
